“母亲健康工程”阴道分泌物检查结果分析

摘要：

目的 分析“母亲健康工程”检查阴道分泌物的异常情况。方法 选取本院2012年6月至2015年6月收治的1 200例进行“母亲健康工程”体检的已婚女性，采用医用无菌棉拭取女性阴道内部侧壁的分泌物作为样本，获取样本后加入生理盐水制作涂片，观察并分析阴道分泌物的异常情况。结果 通过对本研究数据处理分析可知，1 200例体检的已婚女性中出现阴道 分泌物异常的有998例，异常率为83.17%（998/1 200）。其中，单纯BV 231例，发病率为19.25%（231/1 200）；单纯滴虫感染532例，发病率为44.33%（532/1 200）；单纯真菌感染65例，发病率为5.42%（65/1 200）；混合型感染170例，发病率为14.17%（170/1 200）。通过对本研究数据处理分析可知，单纯BV主要发生在40岁以上已婚女性；单纯滴虫感染主要发生于40 岁以 下已婚女性；单纯真菌感染主要发生于30岁以上已婚女性；混合型感染在各检测年龄段内均有发生。结论 已婚女性中阴道 分泌物的异常率较高，因此，要加强对已婚女性的生殖健康教育，提高已婚女性生殖卫生保持意识。

Analysis of vaginal discharge test results of "mother health project"

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the abnormality of vaginal secretions in "Mother Health Project". Methods From June 2012 to June 2015, 1 200 cases of married women participated "mother health project" physical examination in our hospital were selected, medical sterile cotton swab was used to take the secretion of the lateral wall of women`s vaginal, after obtain the sample, saline was added to make smear, then the abnormal vaginal discharge were observed and analyzed. Results Through the analysis of data processing in this study, of the 1 200 cases of married women samples, there were 998 cases of abnormal vaginal discharge, the abnormal rate was 83.17% (998/1 200); among them, 231 cases with simple BV, the incidence rate was 19.25% (231/1 200); simple trichomonas infection with 532 cases, the incidence rate was 44.33% (532/1 200); pure fungal infection with 65 cases, the incidence rate was 5.42% (65/1 200); mixed infection with 170 cases, the incidence rate was 14.17% (170/1 200). Through the analysis of data processing in this study, BV occured mainly in married women over 40 years; simple trichomonas infection occurred mainly in married women younger than 40 years; simple fungal infections occured mainly in married women over 30 years; mixed infection occured in all the age. Conclusion The abnormal rate of vaginal secretions in married women is higher, therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the reproductive health education in married women and raise the awareness of reproductive health of married women.
