环乳晕切口与传统放射状切口手术治疗乳腺纤维腺瘤的临床观察

摘要：

目的 探究环乳晕切口与传统放射状切口手术治疗乳腺纤维腺瘤的临床疗效。方法 选择2014年3月至2016年4月我院收治的乳腺纤维腺瘤患者94例，术后均经病理证实，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组47例。对照组患者实 施传统放射状切口手术治疗，观察组患者实施环乳晕切口手术治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效、术后美容效果满意度、并发症总发生率和复发率。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率和美容效果满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者并发症总发生率、
复发率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 与传统放射状切口手术相比，对乳腺纤维腺瘤患者实施环乳晕切口手术效果显著，能明显降低术后并发症发生率和复发率，且美观度较高，具有较高的临床价值。

Clinical observation of surround-mammary areola incision and traditional radial incision surgery in the treatment of fibroadenoma of breast

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of surround-mammary areola incision and traditional radial incision surgery in the treatment of fibroadenoma of breast. Methods Ninety-four cases of patients with fibroadenoma of breast admitted in our hospital from March 2014 to April 2016 were selected as the study objects, they all comfirmed with postoperative pathology, and randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method, with 47 cases in each group. The control group received traditional radial incision surgery for treatment, and the treatment group received surround-mammary areola incision surgery for treatment. The clinical effects, cosmetic effects satisfaction after surgery, incidence rates of complications and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate and cosmetic effect satisfaction rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); the incidence rate of complications and recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional radial incision surgery, surround-mammary areola incision surgery has significant effect on fibroadenoma of breast, it can effectively reduce the incidence rate of complication and recurrence rate, which with higher aesthetics and promotion value in clinic.
