腹腔镜与传统开腹术治疗胆囊息肉疗效对比分析

摘要：

目的 比较腹腔镜与传统开腹术治疗胆囊息肉的疗效，探索腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊息肉的临床价值。方法 选择我院2013年1月至2016年1月收治的86例胆囊息肉患者为研究对象，所有患者均经超声检查和病理检查确诊，采取不同治疗方法将患者分为观察组和对照组，各43例。对照组患者采用传统开腹术治疗，观察组患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗，对比分析两组患者的并发症发生情况和对手术效果的满意度。结果 观察组患者并发症发生率为9.3%，显著低于对照组的27.9%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者对手术效果的满意度为95.3%，显著高于对照组患者的74.4%，差异具有统计学意义（P< 0.05）。结论 胆囊息肉患者行腹腔镜手术治疗，微创安全，疗效确切，值得基层医院推广。

Efficacy comparative analysis of laparoscopic surgery and traditional open surgery in the treatment of gallbladder polyp

ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the efficacy of laparoscopic surgery and traditional open surgery in the treatment of gallbladder polyps, and to explore the clinical value of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment gallbladder polyp. Methods A total of 86 cases of patients with gallbladder polyp from January 2013 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and all the patients were diagnosed by ultrasonography examination and pathology examination. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods, with 45 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with traditional open surgery, and the patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic surgery. The complications and surgical results satisfaction rate of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The incidence rate of complications was 9.3% in the observation group, which was significant lower than 27.9% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate in the observation group was 95.3%, which was significantly higher than 74.4% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for patients with gallbladder polyps is minimally invasive and safe, and the treatment effect is exactly, which is worthy of promotion in primary hospitals.
