PDCA在急性脑梗死患者溶栓治疗的护理质量持续改进中的应用

摘要：

目的 观察和评价PDCA在急性脑梗死患者溶栓治疗的护理质量持续改进中的应用及效果。方法 选取2014年3月至2016年4月于我院进行治疗的急性脑梗死患者76 例，随机分为研究组和对照组，各38例。两组患者均给予溶栓治疗，对照组患者实施基础的常规护理，研究组在对照组的基础上加用PDCA的干预护理措施。一段时间的护理后，对两组患者治疗效果和治疗前后的神经功能进行评定和分析。结果 研究组患者的神经功能损害状况改善程度较对照组具有显著优势；研究组患者的总有效率为92.11%（35/38），显著高于对照组的78.95%（30/38），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 急性脑梗死患者 溶栓治疗中，PDCA的干预护理措施能够对患者的身体恢复、疾病痊愈起到积极作用，值得临床进一步推广。

Application of PDCA on continuous improvement of nursing quality in thrombolytic therapy on patients with acute cerebral infarction

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe and evaluate the application and effect of PDCA on continuous improvement of nursing quality in thrombolytic therapy on patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Seventy-six patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from March 2014 to April 2016 were selected and randomly divided into research group and control group, with 38 cases in each group. Patients in the two groups were given thrombolytic therapy, the control group accepted basic routine nursing, while the research group accepted PDCA intervention nursing measures on the basis of the control group. After a period time of nursing, the therapeutic effect and neural capacity situation before and after treatment were evaluated and analyzed. Results The neural function damage conditions of the research group has significant advantages than that of the control group (P<0.05); the total effective rate was 92.11% (35/38) in the research group, which was significantly higher than 78.95% (30/38) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion PDCA intervention nursing for patients with acute cerebral infarction in thrombolytic therapy can exert positive effects on patient body recovery and disease curability, which is worth further clinical promotion.
