感染性休克患者的麻醉处理措施分析

摘要：
目的 探究外科急腹症引起的感染性休克患者的有效麻醉处理措施。方法 选择2014年3月至2016年3月我院收治的108例外科急诊患者为研究对象，将其分为两组，每组54例。对照组实施常规处理，观察组实施麻醉处理。处理结束后，对比两组患者的SPO2、HR、RR、DBP 及SBP情况。结果 和对照组比较，观察组患者的SPO2、HR、RR、DBP及SBP指标改善情况更好，差异存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在对外科急腹症引起的感染性休克患者进行麻醉处理中，将麻醉药物选择、剂量控制、术前准备和术中管理视为重点环节，可全面改善麻醉期间患者机体内环境，维持正常脏器功能，值得进一步在临床中推广。

The anesthesia treatment measures for patients with septic shock

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effective treatment measures of anesthesia for patients with septic shock caused by surgical acute abdomen. Methods One hundred and eight cases of patients with surgical emergency from March 2014 to March 2016 admitted in our hospital were collected as study objects, and they were divided into two groups, with 54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment and the observation group was treated with anesthetized. After the treatment, SPO2, HR, RR, DBP and SBP in the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, SPO2, HR, RR, DBP and SBP index in the observation group improved significantly better, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the anesthesia treatment of patients with septic shock caused by acute abdomen, the anesthetic drug selection, dose control, preoperative preparation and intraoperative management were regard as key links, which can fully improve the internal environment of patients during anesthesia, maintain normal organ function, and is worthy of further promotion in clinic.
