尿道精囊镜在顽固性或复发性血精诊治中的应用价值

摘要：

目的 探讨经尿道精囊镜诊治顽固性或复发性血精的可行性和有效性。方法 选择我院2013年6月至2016年6月收治的顽固性或复发性血精患者88例，患者经常规检查后给予抗生素治疗效果不佳或仍旧反复发作，收治入院后行经尿道精囊镜检查。结果 患者在经尿道精囊镜诊治过程中发现一侧或双侧精囊存在肿暗红色或紫红色胶浆样物质，出现炎性改变，有81例（92.05%）患者经尿道精囊镜诊治后血精症状消失或有明显减轻。结论 经尿道精囊镜技术诊治顽固性或复发性血精是可行的，且操作简单、效果良好，可进一步深入研究。

The application value of transurethral seminal vesiculoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of refractory or recurrent hemospermia

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of transurethral seminal vesiculoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of refractory or recurrent hemospermia. Methods Eighty-eight cases of patients with refractory or recurrent hematospermia in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2016 were selected, accepted routine inspection and treated by antibiotic but with poor effect or still recurrent. They accepted transurethral seminal vesiculoscopy when admitted to the hospital. Results Patients in the process of transurethral seminal vesiculoscopy diagnosis and treatment were found that unilateral or bilateral seminal vesicles had dark red or purple red gelatinoid substance, with inflammatory changes. Symptoms of hemospermia in 81 cases (92.05% ) were disappeared or significantly reduced with transurethral seminal vesiculoscopy diagnosis and treatment. Conclusion Transurethral seminal vesiculoscopy is feasible for the diagnosis and treatment of refractory or recurrent hemospermia and the operation is simple, the effect is good, which can be further studied.
