经腹部B超检查与经阴道B超检查在异位妊娠诊断中的价值研究

摘要：

目的 研究异位妊娠诊断中经腹部B超检查与经阴道B超检查的临床价值。方法 选取2013年2月至2015年11月在我院就诊并确诊的126例异位妊娠患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为经阴道B超检查组和经腹部B超检查组，每组63例。使用HD7彩色超声诊断仪结合B超诊断，对两种方法下的诊断符合率进行对比分析。结果 经阴道B超检查组的诊断符合率为95.24%，高于经腹部B超检查组的74.60%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；经阴道B超检查组的超声图像的各种指标检出率明显优于经腹部B超检查组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在异位妊娠诊断中，经阴道B超检查比经腹部B超检查更有优势，更快速、简便，且诊断符合率高，值得推广应用。

The study on the values of transabdominal B ultrasound and vaginal B ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical value of transabdominal B ultrasound and vaginal B ultrasound in diagnosing ectopic pregnancy. Methods One hundred and twenty-six patients of ectopic pregnancy in our hospital from February 2013 to November 2015 were collected as the study objects. All the patients were randomly divided into transabdominal B ultrasound group and vaginal B ultrasound group, with 63 cases in each group. The diagnostic accuracy rate of the two groups was compared with HD7 color ultrasonic diagnostic instrument combined with B ultrasound diagnosis. Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of the vaginal B ultrasound group was 95.24% , which was higher than 74.60% of the transabdominal B ultrasound group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The detection rate of various indexes of ultrasound image in the vaginal B ultrasound group was obviously superior to that in the transabdominal B ultrasound group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The vaginal B ultrasound is better than transabdominal B ultrasound in diagnosing ectopic pregnancy, which is more rapid, simple and with higher diagnostic rate. It is worthy of popularization and application.
