女性更年期症状及保健需求的定性研究

摘要：
目的 通过对柞水县乾佑仁和社区女性的调查，了解女性更年期症状及保健需求，并针对女性更年期的症状提出合理的保健措施。方法 采用定性的研究方法，调查45~60 岁的女性208名。专业人员通过调查问卷的形式进行调查，并对调查的结果扫描统计，进行仔细分析。结果 95.7%的被调查女性自认为有与更年期有关的症状；在治疗方式上，31.25%的女性选择去医院检查就医，28.85%的女性采取自我保健的方式，20.67%的女性会采用补钙或维生素的治疗方式，而19.23%的女性则认 为没有必要采取治疗措施。结论 大多数女性认为女性保健措施非常重要，并采取了不同的保健措施，为了更多女性的身体健康，医疗保健系统应该加强更年期的健康保健宣传，并根据不同地区的实际经济情况，制定出当地女性容易接受的保健措施。

Qualitative study of women menopausal symptoms and care needs

ABSTRACT: Objective To understand menopausal symptoms and the health needs of women through the survey of women in Zhashui Qianyou Renhe Community, and present a reasonable health measures against the symptoms of menopause. Methods A qualitative research methods was carried out to investigate 208 cases of 45~60 year-old women. Professionals survey the research in the form of a questionnaire, and the results of statistical surveys was scanned and carefully analyzed. Results Ninety-five point seven percent of the surveyed women thought they had symptoms associated with menopause; for the treatment, 31.25% of women chose to go to the hospital for medical treatment, 28.85% of women took self -care approach, 20.67% of women used calcium or vitamin treatments, while 19.23% of women thought that you did not need treatment. Conclusion Most women think that women`s health measures are very important, and a different health measures should be taken. In order for more women`s health, the health care system should be strengthened menopausal health care advocacy, and develop a local women easily accepted health interventions in accordance with the actual economic situation in different regions.
