Rss椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折的效果观察

摘要：

目的 探讨Rss椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折的效果。方法 选择2014年8月到2016年1月在我院诊治的胸腰段脊柱骨折患者108例，根据不同术式随机将其分为观察组和对照组，各54例。观察组患者给予Rss椎弓根螺钉内固定 治疗，对照组患者给予开放手术治疗，观察并记录两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、术后住院时间及术前术后 的Cobb角，以评价Rss椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折的疗效。结果 观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量与术后住院时间都明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组与对照组术后Cobb 角［（5.89º±1.34º）、（9.33º±1.66º）］都明显低于术 前（[17.56º±3.44º）、（17.30º±5.20º）（]P<0.05），且观察组术后Cobb 角明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 Rss椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折具有更加微创、安全的特点，能有效促进患者脊柱功能的恢复，具有重要的临床应用价值。

The effect observation of Rss pedicle screw internal fixation on thoracolumbar spine fractures

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the effect of Rss pedicle screw internal fixation on thoracolumbar spine fractures. Methods One hundred and eight cases patients with thoracolumbar spine fracture treated in our hospital from August 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the study objects, and divided into observation group and control group according to different operation methods. Fifty-four cases in the observation group were given Rss pedicle screw internal fixation for the treatment, 54 cases in the control group received open surgery. The efficacy of Rss pedicle screw fixation in treatment of thoracolumbar spine fractures was evaluated by operation time, blood loss, amount of postoperative drainage, the postoperative hospital stays and Cobb angle before and after surgery. Results The operation time, blood loss, amount of postoperative drainage and postoperative hospital stays in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group (P<0.05); the postoperative Cobb angles of the observation group and the control group [(5.89º±1.34º) , (9.33º±1.66º)] were significantly lower than those of the preoperative Cobb angles [(17.56º±3.44º), (17.30º±5.20º)] (P<0.05); the postoperative Cobb angle of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion RSS pedicle screw internal fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral fractures can significantly promote spinal function recovery, with more safety and minimally invasive characteristics, which has important value in clinical application.
