鼻用糠酸莫米松喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效探究

摘要：

目的 探究变应性鼻炎患者接受鼻用糠酸莫米松喷雾剂治疗的临床效果。方法 从我院收治的变应性鼻炎患者中随机抽取500例作为受试对象，并将其随机分为对照组与观察组，均为250例。对照组患者采用盐酸麻黄碱滴鼻液滴鼻，而观察组患者则使用鼻用糠酸莫米松喷雾剂进行治疗，观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 观察组的总有效率为96.00%，高于对照组的80.00%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，与对照组相比，观察组患者的症状得分降低幅度、睡眠质量提高幅 度均更高（P<0.05）。结论 鼻用糠酸莫米松喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎患者，效果较为理想，值得在临床上推广。

Clinical efficacy of mometasone furoate nasal spray on allergic rhinitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mometasone furoate nasal spray on allergic rhinitis. Methods Five hundred cases of patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly sampled among all patients with allergic rhinitis treated in our hospital, and were included as subjects. These patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 250 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with ephedrine hydrochloride nasal drops, while the patients in the observation group were treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared. Results The overall response rate of the observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). After treatment, the decrease degree of symptom score and increase degree of sleep quality in the observation group were significant higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of mometasone furoate nasal spray on allergic rhinitis is ideal, which is worthy of clinical popularization.
