奥美拉唑治疗小儿消化性溃疡的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探讨在三联法基础上联合奥美拉唑治疗小儿消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法 选取2015年4月至2016年4月我院收治的146例患儿为研究对象，随机抽取73例为对照组，给予常规三联用药治疗（铝碳酸镁片垣西咪替丁片垣阿莫西林克拉维酸钾咀嚼片），疗程为10 d，另外73例作为研究组，在对照组患者治疗基础上给予奥美拉唑治疗，比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、复发率、腹痛消失时间及治疗满意度评分。结果 研究组患者的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、复发率均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组的腹痛消失时间及治疗满意度评分均优于对照组，差异有统计学意 义（P<0.05）。结论 在三联疗法基础上联合奥美拉唑治疗小儿消化性溃疡，疗效确切，安全可靠，值得推广。

Clinical efficacy observation of omeprazole on peptic ulcer in children

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of omeprazole combined with conventional triple therapy on peptic ulcer in children. Methods One hundred and forty-six cases of children admitted in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected as study objects. Of all the children, 73 cases were randomly chosen as control group who received conventional triple therapy treatment (sheet aluminum magnesium carbonate, cimetidine tablets and amoxicillin clavulanate potassium chewable tablets) for 10 days, while the other 73 cases were chosen as study group who were given omeprazole treatment on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate, incidence rate of adverse reactions, recurrence rate, abdominal pain disappearance time and satisfaction scores were compared in the two groups. Results The total effective rate, incidence rate of adverse reactions, recurrence rate in the study group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); the abdominal pain disappearance time and treatment satisfaction scores in the study group were superior to those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For children with peptic ulcer, omeprazole combined with triple therapy has a remarkable effect, which is safe, reliable, and worthy of promotion.
