肋骨内固定联合机械通气治疗创伤性连枷胸合并肺挫伤的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 研究肋骨内固定联合机械通气治疗创伤性连枷胸合并肺挫伤的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2011年6月至2015年6月入院接受治疗的创伤性连枷胸合并肺挫伤患者80 例，将其随机分为两组，各40例。试验组采取肋骨内固定联合 机械通气治疗，对照组采取胸廓外固定联合机械通气治疗。分析两组患者治疗结果，比较患者治疗后及出院3个月后的临床体征和功能恢复情况。结果 试验组患者入住ICU 时间、住院时间、机械通气时间短于对照组；治疗3个月后，试验组患者肺部呼吸效果、肺活量恢复情况均高于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在临床治疗创伤性连枷胸合并肺挫伤中，应用肋骨内固定联合机械通气治疗，能够更好地满足治疗需求，值得临床推广使用。

The clinical curative effect of rib internal fixation combined with mechanical ventilation in the treatment of traumatic flail chest and pulmonary contusion

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical curative effect of rib fixation combined with mechanical ventilation in the treatment of traumatic flail chest complicated with pulmonary contusion. Methods From June 2013 to June 2015 June, 80 patients with traumatic flail chest complicated with pulmonary contusion in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group. The experimental group received rib femoral fixation combined with mechanical ventilation treatment, while the control group took thoracic external fixation combined with mechanical ventilation treatment. The results of the two groups were analyzed and compared with the clinical symptoms and functional recovery after treatment and three months of hospital diacharge. Results The ICU admission time, length of hospital stay, the time of mechanical ventilation were shorter than those of the control group; three months after treatment, the lung respiratory effects, vital capacity recovery situation of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Rib internal fixation combined with mechanical ventilation in the treatment of traumatic flail chest complicated with pulmonary contusion can meet the clinical need of treatment, which is worthy of promotion.
