锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探讨锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折的临床效果。方法 将我院2011年6月至2016年6月收治的512例四肢 骨折患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，各256 例。研究组患者给予锁定加压钢板内固定治疗，对 照组患者给予单纯钢板螺钉内固定治疗，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果 研究组治愈131 例、显效101 例、有效22例，临床总有效率为99.22%（254/256），对照组治愈51例、显效106例、有效79 例，临床总有效率为92.19%（246/256），组间比较差异 具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组患者中感染、骨不连、内固定松动的发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 锁定加压钢板 内固定治疗四肢骨折能够有效提高临床有效率，值得推广应用。

Observation on the curative effect of locking compression plate internal fixation in treatment of limbs fracture

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effects of locking compression plate internal fixation in the treatment of limbs fracture. Methods According to the random number table method, 512 cases of limbs fracture in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2016 were divided into research group and control group, with 256 cases in each group. The research group was treated with locking compression plate internal fixation, while the control group received simple plate and screw internal fixation. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results The number of cured, markedly effective and effective in research group was 131, 101, 22 respectively, the total clinical effective rate was 99.22% (254/256). The number of cured, markedly effective and effective in control group was 51, 106, 79 respectively, the total clinical effective rate was 92.19% (236/256). There was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). In the research group, the incidence rate of infection, nonunion, loosening of internal fixation was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Locking compression plate internal fixation in the treatment of limbs fracture can effectively improve the clinical efficiency, which can be widely used in clinical practice.
