常规心电图ST-T改变诊断冠心病患者的临床研究

摘要：
目的 探讨老年患者静息心电图（EGC）慢性ST-T 改变对冠心病患者的诊断价值。方法 对我院接收的160例常规心电 图ST-T改变患者的冠状动脉造影结果进行分析。结果 160例ST-T 改变的患者中，ST-T出现动态性变化的患者中，冠心病的确诊率高达68.75%，无ST-T动态变化的患者确诊率是31.25%，差异存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。其中确诊的80例冠心病患者中，单支病变患者的ST-T动态改变的发生率是72.22%，多支病变患者的ST-T动态改变的发生率是65.91%，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 心电图ST-T改变在对冠心病实行诊断中存在一定的局限性，因此临床上需要谨慎地对待。

Clinical study of ST-T changes in conventional electrocardiography for patients with coronary heart disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ST-T changes in resting electrocardiogram (EGC) for elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods The results of coronary angiography of 160 patients with ST-T changes in our hospital were analyzed. Results Of the 160 patients with ST -T changes, coronary heart disease diagnosis rate in patients whose ST-T showed dynamic changes was 68.75%; coronary heart disease diagnosis rate in patients whose ST-T showed no dynamic changes was 31.25%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Of 80 patients diagnosed with coronary heart disease, ST-T changes incidence rate in patients with single branch lesions was 72.22%, ST-T changes incidence rate in patients with multivessel branch lesions was 65.91% , there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion ECG ST-T changes in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease has a certain limitation, which should be paid attention in clinic.
