颅脑外伤患者行网状与放射状硬膜切开减压的疗效对比分析

摘要：

目的 观察颅脑外伤患者行网状与放射状硬膜切开减压的疗效。方法 选取我院收治的颅脑外伤患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各50例。两组患者均行标准大骨瓣减压术予以治疗，对照组配合网状硬膜切开，观察组配合放射状硬膜切开，比较两组患者术中意外情况与术后恢复情况。结果 术中意外情况比较：观察组术中颅内感染、脑脊液漏发生率与术后并发症的总发生率明显低于对照组；术后恢复情况比较：观察组患者术后残疾的发生率明显低于对照组。以上结果差异均有统 计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 颅脑外伤硬膜切开减压术中行放射状硬膜切开具有低感染率、低脑脊液漏发生率、低死亡率和低致残率等优点，其作为一种新型的硬膜切开术，值得临床推广。

Comparative analysis of the effect of mesh and radial dural incision decompression in patients

with traumatic brain injury

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of mesh and radial dural incision in patients with traumatic brain injury. Methods One hundred cases of traumatic brain injury in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were treated with standard large bone flap decompression. The control group received the reticular incision and the observation group received the radial dural incision. The intraoperative unsuspective cases and postoperative recovery of the two groups were compared. Results Traoperative accident contrast: intracranial infection, cerebrospinal fluid leakage rate and postoperative complications incidence rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group; postoperative recovery contrast: the onset of disability rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. All of the above results were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Radial dural incision in the treatment of traumatic dural incision decompression has low infection rate, cerebrospinal fluid leakage rate, mortality and morbidity rate, etc., which has certain promotion value in clinic.
