普外科术后尿潴留的原因及临床护理措施

摘要：

目的 分析普外科术后尿潴留的产生原因及干预措施，以改善患者的术后生活质量。方法 选取我院收治的术后尿潴留的80例患者，随机分为参照组和试验组，每组40例。参照组行腹部热敷及听流水声等方法进行诱导排尿，试验组患者行综合护理干预，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果 试验组患者的护理满意度、疾病认知度及总有效率、生活质量评分均高于参照 组（P<0.05）。护理后，两组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分均明显优于护理前，且实验组明显优于参照组（P<0.05）。护理后，两组患者的 焦虑、抑郁评分均优于护理前，且试验组优于参照组（P<0.05）。结论 了解普外科患者术后发生尿潴留的原因，并实施综合护理干预措施，能够改善患者术后膀胱排尿功能情况，提高患者的生活质量。

Causes and clinical nursing measures of postoperative urinary retention in department of general surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the causes and interventions of postoperative urinary retention in department of general surgery, so as to improve the postoperative quality of life. Methods Eighty cases of urinary retention after operation in our were selected and randomly divided into reference group and experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. The reference group was treated by abdominal hot compress and water flowing by listening, and the experimental group was underwent comprehensive nursing intervention. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. After nursing, the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were better than those before nursing, and those of the experimental group were better than the reference group (P<0.05). Results The patients` satisfaction, disease awareness, total effective rate and quality of life scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group (P<0.05). After nursing, the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those of the experimental group were better than the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion Knowing the causes of postoperative urinary retention of the general surgery patients and implementating comprehensive nursing intervention measures can improve the function of patients with postoperative bladder urination, improve the quality of life of patients.
