整体护理干预应用于剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术患者的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术应用整体护理干预的效果。方法 选择132例剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术患者，随机分为对照组和试验组，各66例。对照组患者给予常规护理，试验组患者在此基础上实施整体护理干预，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 试验组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组（P<0.01）。两组患者产褥病发生率比较，差异不明显（P>0.05）。试验组患者住院时间、恶露时间、肛门排气时间、伤口感染率明显优于对照组（P<0.01）。结论 整体护理干预应用于剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术患者中效果较佳，可有效加快恢复速度，缩短住院时间，提高护理服务质量，值得临床推广。

Clinical effect of holistic nursing in patients underwent cesarean section combined with myomectomy

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the application effect of holistic nursing in patients underwent cesarean section combined with myomectomy. Methods One hundred and thirty two patients who underwent cesarean section combined with myomectomy in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into research group and control group, with 66 cases in each group. The control group received the routine nursing, and the research group taken holistic nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). There was no significant difference on puerperal morbidity between the two groups (P>0.05). The anal exhaust time, lochia time, hospitalization time and wound infection rate in the research group were lower than those in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention has better effect in patients underwent cesarean section combined with myomectomy, it can effectively accelerate the speed of recovery, reduce hospitalization time and improve the quality of nursing service, which is suitable for clinical application.
