动静脉内瘘血液透析的早期护理干预方法分析

摘要：
目的 探讨如何做好早期血液透析患者动静脉内瘘的护理干预，以延长动静脉内瘘的使用寿命。方法 将本院收治的60例早期使用静脉内瘘血液透析患者随机分为观察组（n=30）和对照组（n=30）。对照组患者进行常规治疗，观察组在此基础上给予护理干预，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组内瘘良好使用率93.3%，高于对照组的66.7%（X2=4.658，P<0.05）。结论 重视血液透析患者的动静脉内瘘护理，对保证透析效果、延长患者生命具有重要意义。

Methods analysis of early nursing intervention on hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore how to do a good job in the early nursing intervention on hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula and prolong the service life of arteriovenous internal fistula. Methods Sixty cases using intravenous fistula treated with hemodialysis in our hospital were selected, and randomly divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=30). The control group was given routine intervation, while the observation group was given early nursing intervention on the basis of the control group, then the clinical therapeutic effects were compared. Results The best use rate of fistula in the observation group was 93.3%, which was significantly higher than 66.7% of the control group, the difference was statistical significant (X2=4.658, P<0.05). Conclusion It is of great significance to give nursing intervention for hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula, which can guarantee the effect of dialysis and prolong patients` life.
