不同清洗方法对穿刺针清洗效果的比较观察

摘要:

目的 比较不同清洗方法对穿刺针的清洗效果,以提高穿刺针的清洗质量。方法 将临床使用后回收的穿刺针72套随机分为A(24套)、B(24套)、C(24套)三组,采用不同的清洗方法进行清洗,清洗完毕后比较三组穿刺针清洗的合格率。结果 清洗后,A组穿刺针目测法检测合格率为29.2%,蛋白残留量测定法合格率为25.0%;B组穿刺针目测法检测合格率为 70.8%,蛋白残留量测定法合格率为62.5%;C组穿刺针目测法检测合格率为100.0%,蛋白残留量测定法合格率为95.8%,C组合格率最高(P<0.05)。结论 对三组清洗方法的清洗结果进行比较,“多酶浸泡+高压水枪冲洗+超声波清洗机+喷淋式清洗 消毒器”清洗合格率最高,值得临床广泛推广应用。

    Comparative cleaning effect observation of different cleaning methods on puncture needle

    ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the cleaning effect of different cleaning methods on the puncture needle, so as to improve the cleaning quality of puncture needle. Methods Seventy-two recycled puncture needle were randomly divided into group A (24 sets), B (24 sets), C (24 sets), and cleaned with different methods, the cleaning qualified rate of puncture needle among the three groups were compared. Results After cleaning, in group A, the qualified rate of puncture needle was 29.2% with visual test, and it was 25.0% with protein residue determination; in group B, the qualified rate of puncture needle was 70.8% with visual test, and it was 62.5% with protein residue determination; in group C, the qualified rate of puncture needle was 100.0% with visual test, and it was 95.8% with protein residue determination. The qualified rate of group C was the highest (P<0.05). Conclusion Among the three cleaning methods, the qualified cleaning rate of "multi-enzyme soak + high pressure water gun rinse + ultrasonic cleaning machine + spray cleaning disinfection" is the highest, which is worthy of widely spread in clinic application.
