脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良患儿经加减桂枝汤治疗的效果观察

摘要：

目的 探讨加减桂枝汤治疗脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良患儿的临床效果。方法 选取120例脾胃气虚型消化不良患儿，按入院时间先后将其分为对照组和观察组，各60例，分别给予常规西医治疗及常规西医联合加减桂枝汤治疗，评估两组患儿治疗效果、治疗期间不良反应发生率和其治疗前、后证候积分差异。结果 观察组患儿治疗总有效率为95.0%，高于对照组的83.3%（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患儿的证候积分均较治疗前下降，且观察组明显低于对照组患儿（P<0.05）；两组患儿治疗期间均无明显不良反应出现。结论 常规西医联合加减桂枝汤治疗脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良患儿，能有效改善患儿临床症状，安全性高。

Effect observation of modified Guizhi decoction in the treatment of children with functional dyspepsia due to qi definicy of stomach-spleen

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Guizhi decoction in the treatment of children with functional dyspepsia due to qi definicy of stomach -spleen. Methods A total of 120 cases of children with functional dyspepsia due to qi definicy of stomach -spleen were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the admission time, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine, and the observation group was given western medicine combined with modified Guizhi decoction. The therapeutic effects, the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment period the syndrome score between the two groups before and after treatment between the tow groups were evaluated and compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%, which was higher than 83.3% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the syndrome scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the syndrome score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion Conventional Western medicine combined with modified Guizhi Decoction in the treatment of children with functional dyspepsia due to QI definicy of stomach-spleen can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children and with high safety.
