激光光凝治疗眼底病的临床效果及安全性

摘要：

目的 观察激光光凝治疗眼底病的临床疗效和安全性。方法 选取2015年7月至2016年7月于我院医治的128例眼底 病患者为研究对象，按治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组，各64 例。对照组（82眼）行常规药物治疗，观察组（74眼）行激光光凝治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为91.89%，高于对照组的79.27%（P<0.05）；观察组并发症总发生率为6.76%，低于对照组的20.73%（P<0.05）；观察组眼底病复发率4.67%，低于对照组的15.63%（P<0.05）。 结论 激光光凝治疗可有效改善眼底病患者的视力，促进视力恢复正常，且术后并发症少，疗效显著且安全。

Clinical effect and safety of laser photocoagulation in the treatment of ocular fundus diseases

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of laser photocoagulation in the treatment of ocular fundus diseases. Methods One hundred and twenty-eight cases of fundus disease patients from July 2015 to July 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, which were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods, with 64 cases in each group. The control group (82 eyes) received routine medication, while the observation group (74 eyes) received laser photocoagulation. The clinical curative effects and complications between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.89%, which was higher than 79.27% of the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence rate of complications of the observation group was 6.76%, which was lower than 20.73% of the control group (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of fundus disease in the observation group was 4.67%, which was lower than 15.63% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Laser photocoagulation can effectively improve the visual acuity of patients with ocular fundus disease, promote the normal visual acuity, which has less postoperative complications and significant effect and safety.
