不同品牌血细胞分析仪检测结果偏倚评估与可比性分析

摘要：

目的 探讨不同品牌血细胞分析仪检测结果的可比性和临床可接受性。方法 按照美国临床和实验室标准协会（CLSI） EP9-A2文件要求，以Sysmex XE-2000血细胞分析仪作为参考仪器，迈瑞BC5800和蓝韵LWD6500作为比对仪器，分别检测血红蛋白（Hb）、红细胞（RBC）、白细胞（WBC）、血小板（PLT）及红细胞容积（HCT）5项指标，计算相关系数、回归方程及相对偏倚，评估结果间的可比性。结果 3台血细胞分析仪检测结果比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），相关性好（r>0.975），5个项目的相对偏差均小于美国临床实验室改进修正法案88（CLIA＇88）最大允许误差范围（Ea）的1/2。结论 我院3台血细胞分析仪检测结果具有较好的一致性，为临床所接受。

Deviation evaluation and comparability analysis of blood cell analyzer in different brands

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the comparability and clinical acceptability of blood cell analyzer in different brands. Methods According to the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) EP9-A2 document, with Sysmex XE-2000 blood cell analyzer as the reference instrument, Mindray BC5800 and Lanyun LWD6500 were as comparison instruments. Five indicators including hemoglobin (Hb), red blood cells (RBC), white blood cells (WBC), platelet (PLT) and red blood cell volume (HCT) were detected respectively, and the correlation coefficient, regression equation and relative bias were calculated and the comparability was assessed. Results There was no significant difference of test results among the three blood cell analyzers (P>0.05), and it has a good correlation (r>0.975). The relative deviation of the five items was less than 1/2 of the maximum allowable error range (Ea) of the US Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act 88 (CLIA`88). Conclusion The test results of three blood cell analyzers in our hospital have a good consistency, which is accepted by clinic.
