应用纳米刀治疗肝癌的临床研究进展

摘要:
<正>原发性肝癌(primary liver cancer, PLC)是常见的肝恶性肿瘤,严重威胁人类健康。根据病理组织可分为肝细胞癌 (hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC)、肝内胆管细胞癌及二者混合型。肝细胞癌是我国最常见的肝癌类型。肝癌已成为世界上第五大肿瘤,且在导致死亡的癌症中位列第三[1]。而亚洲地区,尤其我国是肝癌的高发流行区,近些年欧美国家肝癌发病率也在不断上升[2]。随着纳米刀(NanoKnife)逐渐应用到肝癌临床治疗及其体现的应用潜力,或将抗衡或是取代传统肝癌治疗手段。本文就纳米刀在肝癌临床研究的应用进行综述。
