应用纳米刀治疗肝癌的临床研究进展

摘要：
<正>原发性肝癌（primary liver cancer, PLC）是常见的肝恶性肿瘤，严重威胁人类健康。根据病理组织可分为肝细胞癌 （hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC）、肝内胆管细胞癌及二者混合型。肝细胞癌是我国最常见的肝癌类型。肝癌已成为世界上第五大肿瘤，且在导致死亡的癌症中位列第三[1]。而亚洲地区，尤其我国是肝癌的高发流行区，近些年欧美国家肝癌发病率也在不断上升[2]。随着纳米刀（NanoKnife）逐渐应用到肝癌临床治疗及其体现的应用潜力，或将抗衡或是取代传统肝癌治疗手段。本文就纳米刀在肝癌临床研究的应用进行综述。
