丙戊酸钠缓释片在老年癫痫患者治疗中的效果

摘要：
目的 观察老年癫痫患者采用丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗的临床价值及安全性。方法 将我院收治的180例老年癫痫患者随机分为观察组（n=90，予以丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗）和对照组（n=90，予以托吡酯片治疗），对比两组临床疗效药物副作用发生情况，治疗前、后MMSE、SAS、SDS评分、癫痫发作次数及持续时间。结果 观察组临床总有效率、药物副作用发生率均优于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后5、9周，两组患者MMSE评分、SAS、SDS评分、癫痫发作次数及癫痫持续时间均优于治疗前，且观察组均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗老年癫痫的疗效显著，有效减轻了疾病症状。

Effect of sodium valproate sustained-release tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with epilepsy

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical value and safety of sodium valproate sustained-release tablets in elderly patients with epilepsy. Methods One hundred and eighty elderly patients with epilepsy in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (n=90, received sodium valproate sustained release tablets) and control group (n=90, received topiramate tablets), the clinical efficacy and side effects, and MMSE, SAS, SDS scores, frequency and duration of seizures of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The total clinical curative effect, incidence of side effects were better than those of the control group (P<0.05); 5 and 9 weeks after treatment, the scores of MMSE, SAS, SDS,frequency and duration of seizures of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Sodium valproate sustained-release tablets has significant effect in the treatment of epilepsy in the elderly, can effectively alleviate of the disease symptoms.
