静脉治疗护理SOP实施前、后我院静疗护理质量对比分析

摘要：
目的 对比分析静脉治疗护理SOP 实施前、后我院静疗护理情况,保证静脉治疗护理的安全,提高我院静脉治疗护理质量。方法 依据卫计委静疗规范制定适合我院的静疗护理SOP，对全院护士进行培训并实施考核。我院共28 个科室实施了静脉治疗护理SOP，对实施前、后静疗质量进行横断面调查,包括穿刺工具、部位的选择，导管维护、敷贴固定、输液并发症的发生情况。结果 SOP实施前、后静疗问题数从770例（55.96%）下降至321例（22.75%）（P<0.05）。通过有效的静脉治疗护理技术操作质量控制，我院在SOP实施后静疗工具选择正确率上升，钢针使用率由21援51豫下降至14.03%，留置针使用率由51.96% 提高至57.90%。SOP实施后敷料固定与维护错误发生率、穿刺部位的选择错误发生率、输液并发症发生率、钢针使用错误率均明显下降（P<0.05）。结论 通过有效的静脉治疗护理技术操作质量控制和培训，可以提高静脉治疗护理质量。

Comparison of intravenous therapy nursing quality before and after implementation of intravenous therapy nursing SOP

ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the intravenous therapy nursing situation before and after implementation of intravenous therapy nursing SOP, ensure the safety of the intravenous nursing, so as to improve the intravenous nursing quality. Methods Intravenous therapy nursing SOP was established based on Intravenous Treatment Nursing Operating Standard suggested by National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People`s Republic of China. All the nurses in our hospital were trained and assessed. A cross-sectional survey of the quality of intravenous therapy nursing before and after implementation of intravenous treatment nursing SOP in 28 departments of our hospital was investigated, including the selection of puncture tools and site, catheter maintenance, dressing fixing and complications of infusion. Results Before and after the implementation of SOP, the number of intravenous therapy nursing problems from 770 cases (55.96%) dropped to 321 cases (22.75% ) (P <0.05). Through effective intravenous treatment nursing operation quality control, intravenous treatment tool selection accuracy was increased, steel needle usage rates decreased from 21.51% to 14.03%, and the usage rate of indwelling needle was increased from 51.96% to 57.90%. After the implementation of SOP, the incidence rate of errors of fixed dressing and maintenance, maintenance of the catheter, puncture site selection, use of needle and complications of infusion significantly decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion Effective intravenous therapy nursing quality control and training can enhance the quality of intravenous treatment nursing.
