心理干预对宫颈癌患者围手术期不良情绪影响的分析

摘要：

目的 探讨心理干预在改善宫颈癌患者围手术期不良情绪中的应用效果。方法 选取我院收治的宫颈癌患者80例为研 究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各40例。对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者在对照组基础上采用心理干预，比较两组患者的SAS、SDS评分及护理满意度。结果 干预7天后，两组患者的SAS、SDS评分均优于干预前，且观察组优于对照组（P<0.05）；干预1个月后，两组患者的SAS、SDS评分均优于干预7天后，且观察组优于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者护理满意度为97.50%，显著优于对照组的77.50%（P<0.05）。结论 心理干预可显著改善宫颈癌患者围手术期不良情绪，同时提高患者对护理的满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Effect analysis of psychological intervention on unhealthy emotion in perioperative cervical carcinoma patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on unhealthy emotion in perioperative cervical carcinoma patients. Methods Eighty cases of cervical carcinoma patients admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group received psychological intervention on the basis of the control group. The SAS, SDS scores and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results Seven days after the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were better than those before intervention, and those of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). One month after the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were better than those 7 d after the intervention, and those of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.50%, which was better than 77.50% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention can improve the unhealthy emotion for perioperative cervical carcinoma patients, and improve the nursing satisfaction at the same time, which is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
