鼻内镜下等离子鼻腔神经减敏治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果

摘要：
目的 探讨鼻内镜下等离子鼻腔神经减敏治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法 选取我院收治的变应性鼻炎患者80例，随机将其分为对照组和研究组，每组40例。对照组患者使用传统切除术治疗，研究组患者使用鼻内镜下等离子鼻腔神经减敏治疗，对比两组患者的治疗结果。结果 研究组患者的治疗有效率为97.5%，显著高于对照组的67.5%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 鼻内镜下等离子鼻腔神经减敏治疗变应性鼻炎，临床效果理想，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Clinical effect of nerve desensitization under plasma endoscopic nasal in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nerve desensitization under plasma endoscopic nasal in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods Eighty cases of patients with allergic rhinitis in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and research group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional resection, and the patients in the research group were treated with nerve desensitization under plasma endoscopic nasal. The treatment results of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the research group was 97.5%, which was significantly higher than 67.5% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of nerve desensitization under plasma endoscopic nasal in the treatment of allergic rhinitis is ideal, which has high clinical application value.
