经皮经肝胆囊穿刺造瘘术治疗老年重症结石性胆囊炎的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 探讨经皮经肝胆囊穿刺造瘘术治疗老年重症结石性胆囊炎的临床效果。方法 抽取我院普外科2016年4月至2016年11月收治的老年重症结石性胆囊炎患者84例，随机分为观察组（42例）和对照组（42例），对照组行常规胆囊造瘘术，观察组行经皮经肝胆囊穿刺造瘘术，对比两组患者的临床效果。结果 观察组患者手术成功率为97.62%，显著高于对照组的 80.95%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组死亡率为2.38%，明显低于对照组的19.05%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 经皮经肝胆囊穿刺造瘘术治疗老年重症结石性胆囊炎具有手术成功率高、术后并发症少等优势，值得临床大力推广。

Clinical effect of percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder drainage in the treatment of senile severe calculous cholecystitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder drainage in the treatment of senile severe calculous cholecystitis. Methods Eighty-four cases of patients with senile severe calculous cholecystitis ad mitted in our hospital from April 2016 to November 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (42 cases) and control group (42 cases). The control group was treated with conventional cholecystostomy, and the observation group accepted percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder drainage. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The operation success rate of the observation rate was 97.62%, which was higher than 80.95% of the control group (P<0.05). The mortality of the observation group was 2.38%, which was lower than 19.05% of the control group (P<0.05). The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder drainage in the treatment of senile severe calculous cholecystitis has the advantages of high success rate and less postoperative complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
