护理干预对泌尿外科腔镜手术患者术中低体温的预防效果

摘要：

目的 探讨对泌尿外科腔镜手术患者术中低体温进行护理干预的效果。方法 选取2014年11月至2016年11月在我院 治疗的90例泌尿外科腔镜手术患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各45例。对照组使用常规护理，观察组在常 规护理的基础上给予保暖护理措施进行干预。对比两组泌尿外科腔镜手术患者术前、术中、术后的体温变化，并比较两组患者生活质量、术中失血量、住院时间、术后并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果 术前，两组患者的体温无显著差异（P>0.05）；观察组术后体温低于术前（P<0.05），而术中与术前及术后比较，无显著差异（P>0.05），且术中、术后体温均高于对照组 （P<0.05）；对照组术中、术后体温均低于术前（P<0.05），但术中与术后比较，无显著差异（P>0.05）。护理后，观察组患者的术中失血量、住院时间、护理总满意度、生活质量评分均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 采用保暖护理干预的方法预防泌尿外科腔镜手术患者术中低体温的效果显著，可进一步在临床中实施。

Effect of nursing intervention on the prevention of intraoperative low temperature on endoscopic surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the prevention of intraoperative low temperature on urological endoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 90 cases of patients with urological endoscopic surgery treated in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2016 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group (n=45) and observation group(n=45). The control group received the routine nursing, while the observation group accepted the warm nursing measures on the basis of the control group. The changes of body temperature of preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative surgery, quality of life, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization time, postoperative complications and the satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results Before surgery, there was no significant difference in body temperature between the two groups (P>0.05). The postoperative body temperature in the observation group was lower than that before operation (P<0.05), there was no significant difference in the postoperative and intraoperative body temperature, preoperative and intraoperative body temperature in the observation group (P>0.05), the postoperative and intraoperative body temperature were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); the postoperative and intraoperative body temperature were lower than that of the preoperative of the control group (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the postoperative and intraoperative body temperature of the control group (P>0.05). After nursing, the intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization time, total nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores in the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of warm nursing intervention to prevent urological endoscopic surgery in patients with low intraoperative low temperature is significant, which can be further implemented in clinical practice.
