重症心力衰竭急诊内科治疗的临床效果观察

摘要：

目的 探讨临床重症心力衰竭患者通过急诊内科救治的效果，以期为急诊内科治疗重症心力衰竭提供更多参考。方法 选取我院收治的60例各类老年重症心力衰竭患者为研究对象，结合上述患者实际病情采用不同的药物治疗，对比分析治疗前、后患者的血压、心率、心功能、左心室射血分数等。结果 经2周治疗，各类重症心力衰竭患者的血压、心率、心功能、左心室射血分数较治疗前均改善明显，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 急诊内科对重症心力衰竭患者进行救治时，须结合患者的病因选取不同的对症治疗方案，可有效提升临床治疗效果。

Clinical analysis of emergency medical treatment for severe heart failure

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the emergency medical treatment on severe heart failure, in order to provide more information for the emergency medical treatment of severe heart failure. Methods Sixty cases of elderly patients with severe heart failure admitted in our hospital were selected as research objects, and the patients were treated with different drugs, then the blood pressure, heart rate, cardiac function, left ventricular ejection fraction before and after treatment were compared. Results The blood pressure, heart rate, heart function and left ventricular ejection fraction of the patients with severe heart failure were significantly improved after 2 weeks of treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion When treated with emergency medical treatment, patients with severe heart failure must
combined with the etiology of different symptomatic methods, which can effectively improve the clinical treatment.
