足月胎膜早破产妇影响因素及分娩结局分析

摘要：

目的 探究足月胎膜早破产妇的相关影响因素及其分娩结局。方法 选择我院接收的足月胎膜早破120例孕妇为观察组，并选择同期在我院分娩的120例正常产妇为对照组，收集两组产妇的一般资料，分析足月胎膜早破发生的相关因素及分娩结局。结果 与观察组比较，对照组的引产流产史、妊娠期糖尿病、阴道炎宫颈炎史、妊娠期高血压疾病、双胎妊娠、瘢痕子宫、胎位异常发生率均较低（P<0.05）；观察组剖宫产率及阴道助产率高于对照组，阴道顺产率均低于对照组（P< 0.05）；观察组新生儿Apgar评分低于对照组，分娩后卧床时间及母婴围生期不良结局发生率均高于对照组（P< 0.05）。结论 足月胎膜早破的发生与引产流产史、妊娠期糖尿病、阴道炎宫颈炎史、妊娠期高血压疾病、双胎妊娠、瘢痕子宫、胎位异常等因素有关，临床应早期予以有效的防治措施，以减少足月胎膜早破发生，改善母婴妊娠结局。

Analysis of predisposing factors and pregnancy outcome of 120 puerperant women with term

premature rupture of membranes

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the predisposing factors and pregnancy outcome of 120 puerperant women with term premature rupture of membranes. Methods One hundred and twenty pregnant women with term premature rupture of membranes in our hospital were selected as the observation group, and 120 normal pregnant women with delivery in our hospital were selected as the control group at the same time. The general data of the two groups were collected, and the related factors and pregnancy outcomes of term premature rupture of membranes were analyzed. Results Compared with the observation group, the incidence rates of the induced labor and abortion history, gestational diabetes mellitus, vaginitis and cervicitis history, hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, twin pregnancy, scarred uterus, abnormal presentation of the control group were significantly decreased (P<0.05). The cesarean section rate and vaginal instrumental delivery rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the rates of vaginal spontaneous delivery was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The neonatal Apgar score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the bed-rest time after delivery and the incidence rate of perinatal adverse outcomes were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The occurrence of term premature rupture of membranes relates to the induced labor and abortion history, gestational diabetes mellitus, vaginitis and cervicitis history, hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, twin pregnancy, scarred uterus, abnormal presentation, etc. Therefore effective control measures should be early implemented, so as to reduce term premature rupture of membranes and improve pregnancy outcomes.
