舒适护理对初产妇分娩质量及焦虑抑郁状态的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨舒适护理对初产妇分娩质量及焦虑抑郁状态的影响。方法 回顾性研究方法分析2013年9月至2016年1月我院收治92例初产妇的资料，根据护理方法的不同，将所有产妇分为对照组与观察组，各46例。观察组实施舒适护理干预， 对照组则实施常规护理干预，两组护理周期均为4周，比较两组产妇的分娩方式和焦虑抑郁情绪情况。结果 观察组的顺产率为56.5%，明显高于对照组的30.4%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；护理后，观察组的焦虑与抑郁评分分别为（37.82± 3.19）分和（34.68±2.40）分，对照组为（44.14±2.89）分和（42.33±2.94）分，两组均明显低于护理前，且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 舒适护理应用在初产妇中，能促进自然分娩，缓解焦虑抑郁状态，有利于护理工作健康、稳步、持续发展。

Effect of comfortable nursing on the quality of delivery, anxiety and depression of the primipara

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of comfortable nursing on the quality of delivery, anxiety and depression of the primipara. Methods The data of 92 cases of primipara in our hospital from September 2013 to January 2016 were analyzed by the retrospective research method, and the primipara were divided into observation group and control group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was given comfortable nursing intervention. The nursing period of two groups were 4 weeks, and the delivery mode and anxiety and depression between the two groups were compared. Results The vaginal delivery rate of the observation group was 56.5%, which was significantly higher than 30.4% of the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were (37.82±3.19) and (34.68±2.40) respectively, of the control group were (44.14±2.89) and (42.33 ±2.94), the scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing on primipara can promote natural labor, ease the anxiety and depression, which is conducive to the healthy, steady and continuous development of nursing work.
