中医养生辨证施护对缺血性脑卒中患者恢复的临床效果

摘要：
目的 研究利用中医养生辨证方案对缺血性脑卒中患者进行护理干预的临床效果。方法 将我院收治的缺血性脑卒中患者112例作为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组，各56例。在康复性常规护理基础上，结合中医养生辨证护理方案对研究组患者进行临床干预，对照组患者则利用常规护理方式，通过比较治疗前及治疗后3、6周患者的神经功能缺损情况及日常生活活动能力，评价患者恢复情况及临床疗效。结果 治疗3周、6周后，两组患者的NIHSS评分均低于治疗前，且研究组低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后3、6周，两组患者ADL评分均高于治疗前，且研究组ADL评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 利用中医养生辩证方案实施护理干预能够让缺血性脑卒中患者神经得到较好恢复，日常生活活动能力提升较快。

Clinical effect of TCM differentiation nursing on the recovery in patients with ischemic stroke

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical effect of TCM differentiation nursing in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods One hundred and twelve cases of patients with ischemic stroke admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 56 cases in each group. The control group used conventional nursing methods, while the study group accepted TCM differentiation nursing on the basis of the control group. The recovery and clinical effect of the two groups were compared through the abservation of neurological deficits and activities of daily living before and after 3, 6 weeks treatment. Results After treatment for 3, 6 weeks, the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and that of the study group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment for 3, 6 weeks the ADL scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and that of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion TCM differentiation nursing can make the patients with ischemic stroke recover well, and the activities of daily living can improve rapidly.
