米非司酮、孕三烯酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 探讨米非司酮、孕三烯酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法 采用前瞻性研究方法，选择  2013年8月至2016年2月在我院接受治疗的子宫内膜异位症患者80例，根据随机信封原则将其分为观察组与对照组，各40例。对照组给予米非司酮联合孕三烯酮治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予桂枝茯苓胶囊，均治疗观察2个月，比较两组 患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组的总有效率为97.50%，高于对照组的75.00%（P<0.05）。治疗期间，观察组恶心呕吐、阴道流血排液、下腹坠胀疼痛、感染发热等不良反应发生率为17.50%，对照组为15.00%，两组比较无明显差异（P>0.05）。结论 米非司酮、孕三烯酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫内膜异位症，能提高治疗疗效，安全性好，值得临床应用。

Clinical effect of mifepristone, gestrinone combined with Guizhi Fuling capsule in the treatment of endometriosis

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the clinical effect of mifepristone, gestrinone combined with Guizhi Fuling capsule in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods According to the prospective study method, 80 cases of patients with endometriosis admitted in our hospital from August 2013 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random envelope principle, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group performed the treatment of combination of mifepristone and gestrinone, while the observation group accepted the mifepristone, gestrinone combined with Guizhi Fuling capsule. All the patients were treated for two months, and the therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%, which was higher than 75.00% of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions of nausea and vomiting, vaginal bleeding drainage, ventral belly pain, infectious fever of the observation group was 17.50%, of the control group was 15.00%, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The effect of mifepristone, gestrinone combined with Guizhi Fuling capsule in the treatment of endometriosis is safe and effective, which is worth of clinical promotion.
