氟康唑联合克霉唑栓对老年念珠菌性阴道炎的效果观察

摘要：

目的 探讨氟康唑联合克霉唑栓应用于老年念珠菌性阴道炎中的治疗效果及对生活质量的影响。方法 选择2014年8月至2016年8月我院收治的念珠菌性阴道炎老年患者76例，以随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组，各38例。对照组患者应用氟康唑治疗，研究组在此基础上应用克霉唑栓治疗，观察两组患者的临床疗效、复发情况及治疗前后的生活质量。结果 研究组患者治疗的总有效率为94.74%，高于对照组的78.95%（P<0.05）；研究组治疗后3、6、12个月的复发率分别为 2.63%、5.26%、10.53%，均低于对照组的21.05% 、23.68% 、31.58%（P<0.05）；治疗后研究组患者的各项生活质量评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 氟康唑联合克霉唑栓应用于老年念珠菌性阴道炎治疗中效果确切，适于临床推广。

Effect observation of fluconazole combined with clotrimazole in the treatment of senile candidiasis vaginitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of fluconazole combined with clotrimazole suppository on elderly candida vaginitis and patients` quality of life. Methods Seventy-six cases of elderly patients with candida vaginitis admitted in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with fluconazole, and the study group added clotrimazole suppository on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, recurrence rate and quality of life were observed in the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 94.74% in the study group, which was higher than 78.95% in the control group (P<0.05); the relapse rates of the study group at 3, 6, 12 months after treatment were 2.63%, 5.26% and 10.53% respectively, which were lower than 21.05%, 23.68%, 31.58% of the control group (P<0.05); the scores of quality life in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Fluconazole combined with clotrimazole suppositories is effective in the treatment of candida albicans vaginitis, which is worthy of clinical popularization.
