甲状腺肿瘤患者经小切口手术与传统甲状腺手术治疗的临床效果比较

摘要：

目的 分析甲状腺肿瘤患者经小切口手术与传统甲状腺手术治疗的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析我院2016年1月至2016年12月收治56例甲状腺肿瘤患者的临床资料，根据不同治疗方式将其分为研究组（28例）与对照组（28例）。研究组患者给予小切口手术治疗，对照组患者给予传统甲状腺手术治疗，对比两组患者的手术出血量、手术时间、术后住院时间、切口长度及术后并发症发生情况。结果 与对照组比较，研究组28例甲状腺肿瘤患者的手术出血量、手术时间、术后住院时间、切口长度明显更优，研究组28例甲状腺肿瘤患者的术后并发症发生率明显更低，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 甲状腺肿瘤 患者经小切口手术治疗的临床效果十分显著，有利于进一步缩短手术时间和术后住院时间，且手术出血量少，切口长度短，术后并发症发生率低，安全性高，值得在临床治疗中推广运用。

Comparison of clinical effects of small incision surgery and traditional thyroid surgery in patients with thyroid neoplasms

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of small incision surgery and traditional thyroid surgery in patients with thyroid neoplasms. Methods The clinical data of 56 patients with thyroid neoplasms from January 2016 to December 2016 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were divided into study group (28 cases) and control group (28 cases) according to different treatment methods. The patients in the study group were given small incision surgery, and the control group was treated with traditional thyroid surgery. The amount of operative bleeding, operation time, postoperative hospital stay, incision length and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the amount of operative bleeding, operation time, postoperative hospital stay and incision length in the study group were significantly better, and the incidence rate of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of small incision surgery in patients with thyroid tumor is very obvious. It is helpful to further shorten the operation time and postoperative hospital stay, with the small amount of operative bleeding, short length of incision, low incidence rate of postoperative complications and high safety, which is worth to promote in clinical treatment.
