冠状切口与内窥镜小切口在上面部除皱术中的应用及效果评价

摘要：

目的 分析冠状切口与内窥镜小切口在上面部除皱术中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2014年7月至2016年9月上面部除皱术患者68例，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，各34例。对照组患者采用冠状切口上面部除皱术，观察组患者采用内窥镜小切口上面部除皱术，比较两组患者的手术治疗结果。结果 观察组患者的并发症发生率为5.88%，少于对照组患者的 26.47%（P<0.05）；观察组的住院时间、术后6个月的提眉距离和对照组比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）；观察组手术时间为（82.10±15.90）min，低于对照组的（89.90±14.98）min（P<0.05）；观察组切口均甲级愈合，愈合率为100.00%，对照组甲级愈合率为85.29%，乙级愈合率为8.82%，丙级愈合率为5.88%，观察组愈合情况明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 内窥镜小切口在上面部除皱术中效果较好，能有效处理眉间肌群，预防并发症，值得推广。

The application and effect evaluation of coronal incision and endoscopic small incision on upper rhytidectomy

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the application and effect of coronal incision and endoscopic small incision on upper rhytidectomy. Methods Sixty -eight cases of patients with upper rhytidectomy from July 2014 to September 2016 in our hospital were selected, which were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with coronal incision in upper rhytidectomy, while the observation group was treated with endoscopic small incision in upper rhytidectomy. The results of surgical treatment between the two groups were compared. Results The complication incidence rate of the observation group was 5.88%, which was lower than 26.47% of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the hospitalization time and distance between eyebrows of 6 months after surgery (P>0.05). The operation time of the observation group was (82.10±15.90) min, which was shorter than (89.90±14.98) min of the control group (P<0.05). The incisions healed was first class in the observation group, and the healing rate was 100.00%. The healing rate was 85.29% with first class, 8.82% with second class, 5.88% with third class in the control group, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of endoscopic small incision in upper rhytidectomy is good, which can effectively treat the glabella muscles, prevent complications. It is worthy of promotion.
