急诊内科脑血管疾病分布特征分析

摘要：
目的 探究急诊内科脑血管疾病分布特点。方法 利用统计分析法对2015年3月至2016年3月我院急诊内科脑血管疾病80例患者的发病时间、年龄、性别等基本信息进行分析。结果 在80例患者中，以男性中老年患者居多。年龄在50~66岁的脑梗死患者集中发生在夏秋季节，脑梗死患者发病高峰时间为上午9：28。脑出血患者多发于春冬，男性患者居多，发病高峰时 间为上午10：44。结论 急诊内科脑血管疾病以脑梗死和脑出血患者居多，其发病高峰时间段上午9:00~11:00，根据发病时间和发病特征进行有效抢救，是急诊内科重点工作之一。

Distribution analysis of cerebrovascular diseases in emergency internal medicine

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the distribution of cerebrovascular diseases in emergency internal medicine. Methods Statistical analysis was used to analyze the disease onset time, age, gender and other basic information of 80 patients with cerebrovascular diseases in emergency internal medicine of our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016. Results In 80 patients, mostly were male middle-aged patients. The patients with cerebrovascular diseases age of 50 to 66 years highly occurred in the summer and autumn season, and the peak incidence of cerebral infarction was 9:28 am. Cerebral hemorrhage highly occurred in winter and spring, mostly male patients, the peak incidence was 10:44 am. Conclusion Most patients are cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage in emergency internal medicine, its peak incidence is between 9:00-11:00 am. One of the key works of emergency medicine is to take effective rescues according to the onset time and the characteristics of the disease.
