不同剂量阿托伐他汀在冠心病治疗中不良反应的临床观察

摘要：

目的 分析冠心病患者应用两种不同剂量的阿托伐他汀进行药物治疗的临床效果。方法 选择在我院就诊的冠心病确 诊患者160例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组80例。采用标准剂量阿托伐他汀对对照组患者实施治疗；采用低剂量阿托伐他汀对治疗组患者实施治疗，对比两组患者药物治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、用药前后常规血脂四项指标水平的改善幅度、用药后12个月心脏不良事件的发生情况。结果 治疗组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组用药前、后常规血脂四项指标水平的改善幅度明显大于对照组（P<0.05），用药后12个月心脏不良事件的发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 冠心病患者应用低剂量阿托伐他汀治疗的临床效果非常明显。

Clinical observation of adverse reactions of different doses of atorvastatin in treatment of coronary heart disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of two different doses of atorvastat in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods One hundred and sixty cases of patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 80 cases in each group. The control group was treated with standard dose of atorvastatin, while the treatment group was given low dose atorvastatin. The treatment effect, adverse reactions, the improvement of the levels of four indicators of blood lipids before and after treatment, incidence of adverse cardiac events in 12 months after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); the improvement of the levels of four indicators of blood lipids before and after treatment in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05);after 12 months treatment, the incidence of adverse cardiac events in the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of low dose atorvastatin in the treatment of patients with  coronary heart disease is very obvious.
