三种抗高血压药物单独和联合治疗高血压伴糖尿病肾病的疗效及安全性评价

摘要：

目的 探讨三种抗高血压药物单独使用和联合治疗高血压伴糖尿病肾病的疗效及安全性。方法 选择100例我院近3年收 治的高血压伴糖尿病肾病患者，根据患者采用治疗方式分组，单药治疗组共三组，为氨氯地平组、贝那普利组和厄贝沙坦组； 联合用药组分为氨氯地平+贝那普利组和氨氯地平+厄贝沙坦组，每组20例，对五组患者的临床疗效和不良反应进行观察。 结果 联合用药组相比于单药治疗组疗效更好，不良反应更少（P<0.05）；单药治疗组中，贝那普利组的不良反应较其他组更多；联合用药组中，氨氯地平+厄贝沙坦组相比于氨氯地平+贝那普利组不良反应更少。结论 对高血压伴糖尿病肾病患者采用双联疗法的临床疗效更为显著，利用氨氯地平+厄贝沙坦不良反应少，可作为首选治疗方式。

Effect and safety of monotherapy and combination therapy of three antihypertensive drugs on hypertension complicated with diabetic nephropathy

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of monotherapy and combination therapy of three antihypertensive drugs on hypertension complicated with diabetic nephropathy. Methods One hundred cases of patients with hypertension and diabetic nephropathy in our hospital for nearly 3 years were selected as research objects. According to the treatment methods, there were three groups in the single drug groups including amlodipine group, benazepril group and irbesartan group; the combination groups were divided into amlodipine + benazepril group and amlodipine + irbesartan group, with 20 patients in each group. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in the five groups were observed. Results Compared with the single drug group, the efficacy was better and the adverse effects were less in the combination group (P<0.05). In the single drug groups, the adverse reactions in the benazepril group were more than the other groups. In the combination groups, there were fewer adverse reactions in the amlodipine+ irbesartan group than that in the amlodipine+ benazepril group. Conclusion Double therapy is more effective in patients with hypertension and diabetic nephropathy, and amlodipine + irbesartan has less side effects and can be used as the first choice of the treatment.
